Refunds or Replacements: Upon approval of your return request, we will offer the choice of a refund or a replacement for damaged or defective items. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after approval.
Non-Damaged Returns: We do not accept returns for non-damaged items. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as wholesale orders are typically final and non-refundable unless the product is defective.
Return Shipping: For returns of damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The buyer is responsible for securely packaging the items for return.
